Pricing INFO
General
1. Deposit amount
There is a $500 non-refundable deposit required to be added to the waiting list. This applies to either Yorkies or Berneses.
2. Is the deposit refundable?
NO. Deposits are NON-Refundable. When you place a deposit, you will be placed on the waiting list and as puppies are available you will be able to pick a puppy based on your place on the list. Deposits will transfer from litter to litter if you decide not to purchase one at your place in line.
3. Pricing information.
Male Yorkie puppies - pricing starts at $2000.
Female Yorkie puppies - pricing starts at $2500.
*** Prices are subject to change until a deposit is received for a specific puppy***
***Yorkies are priced based on how close they are to the AKC standard***
***Our puppies are not priced until they are 8-10 weeks old***
Bernese Mountain Dog puppies - pricing varies with lineage, they start at $2500.
4. Do you offer full AKC registration?
NO. Puppies come with limited registration. They are sold as "Pet only".
5. Health testing:
All our breeding dogs are OFA cleared. They have breed specific genetic testing and clearances.
6. Do you offer a guarantee on your puppies?
Guarantee information may be found in our contract below
7. For both, Yorkies and Bernese puppies:
We reserve the right to keep any puppy from any litter.
8. If you are interested on being added to the waitlist:
